
REGISTRATION
GUIDELINES
You can register if you are a pathologist, Pathology postgraduate and Pathology teaching faculty in a medical college. Phase II undergraduate students (for poster presentation only) are also permitted to register.

Only online registration and payment is permitted.

Delegates can register for workshop only, conference only or workshop and conference together.

Delegates have to click on the link provided in the web page under the registration icon and make the payment. All delegates must carry a photocopy/screenshot of the online transaction details to the conference.

Registration is complete only after final payment.

Once the online payment is successfully processed an automated email will be generated and sent to the registered e-mail address of the delegates.

It is mandatory for all undergraduate and postgraduate students to upload a bonafide letter attested by Head of the department/institution. The letter should be kept ready before initiation of the registration process and should be uploaded while filling the registration form.

Delegates can register for one pre-conference workshop only. Limited seats are available for each workshop and participants are allotted on a first come-first served basis.

It is mandatory to register for the conference in order to participate in the poster sessions/oral presentations/quiz.
Refund policy:

Refund will not be considered.

Gateway/ transaction charges will be borne by the delegates and are non-refundable.

Conference kit will not be provided for spot registration.

Tamil Nadu Medical Council accredited credit points for the conference shall be applied for.

Spot registration participants do not get TNMC credit hours.
